Pop star Britney Spears is in the spotlight again but this time, it is not for her music.
One year after Spears old bodyguard Fernando Flores filed a petition against his ex-employer, new court papers against the star have been filed as specified by The Sun.
According to the report, the 29-year-old is being sued by Flores for poor personal hygiene, causing him anxiety, depression and insomnia. Flores is currently suing for $10 million dollars in damages.
“She broke wind or picked her nose unselfconsciously and unapolgetically and she was constantly and gratuitousy loud and profane. She did not bathe for days, did not use deodorant, did not brush her teeth, did not fix her hair, did not wear shoes or socks,” said Flores.
Flores claims that he also believes that Spears was continually under the influence of prescription drugs and methamphetamines while under his watch from February to June of 2010 due to her strange behavior.
“She was mentally unstable, obnoxious and demanding requiring staff on various occasions to address her as Jennifer and Queen Bee.”
Flores’ past last lawsuit against Spears alleged that the pop star had harassed him claiming she had been known to walk around nude in front of him. He also claims she made continuous advanced towards him that were unwarranted.
Spears responded to the accusations simply telling TMZ, “He’s a liar.”
The Sun reported that Spears’ lawyers want the suit thrown out claiming it is going to hurt her reputation.
Earlier this year Spears was sued for the same amount of $10 million dollars by an ex-business partner. According to RadarOnline the lawsuit came from her $15 million dollar deal with Brand Sense Partner, LLC for her fragrance called Radiance.
In the suit Spears and her father, Jamie were accused of “concealment and evasive actions” after they have allegedly attempted to get out of a license agreement in an effort to make a different deal with Elizabeth Arden.
“Britney secretly made a separate deal with Elizabeth Arden in a sneaky underhanded effort to circumvent and evade its obligations to Brand Sense,” said the suit. “Effectively, Britney improperly and illegally cut Brand Sense out of the Elizabeth Arden deal.”
Spears was recently announced as a nominee for “best pop video” and “best choreography” for MTV’s upcoming VMA awards for her song “Till The World Ends”.
