Not quite the Royal Wedding, but America can’t wait to see what dress Kim Kardashian brings out as she sets to marry New Jersey Nets basketball player Kris Humphries.
Her fans have been waiting for this day for weeks, but nobody is more excited for Kardashian’s big day then the bride herself.
In a blog post, titled “Today Is The Day!” the reality TV queen thanked her fans for their “love and support” while also letting out some enthusiasm for her big day.
“I can’t believe it’s finally here! Thank you so much to everyone who made this day happen!!!!” she said, on her post that was “liked” by over 16,000 people.
Kardashian and her soon to be basketball-playing hubby will get married at the Sotto II Monte estate in Montecito, California, Saturday night, according to the Huffington Post.
Knowing that her wedding will be one the most publicized ceremonies in recent time, the 30-year-old star is relatively calm. “Everyone says you’ll freak out, but I’m totally calm. I think that freak-out moment kind of already passed,” she said, according to People magazine.
The wedding is being called the “Wedding of the Century” by local media, starting off with her $2 million engagement ring that is a remarkable 20 carats.
The ceremony also promises to be entertaining, after it was reported that their will be 720 bottles of wine for the event.
Aside from what the bride will be wearing on her big day, people will be on the look out for some of her famous guest, to see what stylish outfits they can come up with for the big event.
The guest list will include Jennifer Lopez, Justin Bieber, Serena and Venus Williams, Nicole Richie, Ryan Seacrest, and Kelly Osbourne. Missing from the guest list—but obviously not surprising—is her ex Reggie Bush.
But don’t worry Kardashian fans. You’ll get to check out the wedding in the near future as E! plans on airing “Kim’s Fairytale Wedding: A Kardashian Event,” in a two-part series on Oct. 9 and 10.
