Recently, a Cowboys cheerleader was handed a football by her football player boyfriend, Buffalo Bills Wide Receiver, David Nelson.
The endearing video made its rounds on the Internet and the best part is that he had just spoken about the potential run in prior to the game.
“If I’m in the area where she is I’m sure I’ll have something planned for that, but I also don’t want to get her in too much trouble,” Nelson said before the game, if he would end up in the end zone. ”I obviously couldn’t get in trouble, but she could. I’m discussing some things and try to surprise her a little bit if maybe something happens.”
“She works for the Dallas Cowboys and roots for the Dallas Cowboys, but I know she’ll have some inside joy if I do well,” Nelson, according to the Bills official website, said before the game. ”So it’s going to be a fun experience and I’m going to definitely be looking and record the TV copy and see if they show her a couple of times to see her reaction. It’s going to be fun. It’s something we’ve been looking forward to for some time and we’ve already been trash talking back and forth a little bit.”
This week, another cheerleader/ football player video is making its rounds, but it’s a little bit of a different story.
Jason Witten, Dallas Cowboys tight end, had just picked up a first down in the fourth quarter of the Cowboys vs. Dolphins game Nov. 24 when he ran right into a Cowboys Cheerleader, taking her down. The helpless cheerleader had her back turned the entire time, not knowing what was coming her way.
Luckily, the cheerleader had a smile on her face and seemed unharmed by the tackle as she was helped up by Witten—-She later giggled when she saw the replay on the big screen.
According to the Associated Press, the cheerleader that was taken down is Melissa Kellerman. At the moment we don’t know if the two have any relations, and if this is Witten’s way of flirting, we aren’t seeing a bright future for the two.
