It’s official, Tim Tebow is a New York Jet. And mere hours after it became official Wednesday night, the jerseys became available on NFLShop.com.
The website is selling Tim Tebow Jets jerseys online for $84.99. The green jersey features the number “0” and the website notifies potential buyers that the jersey number is subject to change.
“Tim Tebow’s number is subject to change and the jersey will ship in 5-10 business days after the official number has been assigned by the team,” reads the website.
And that’s not the only change buyers can expect. According to USA Today, the Tebow jersey now selling is made by Reebok and in April Nike will take over the NFL’s official outfitter.

Last year, Tebow became one of the most popular NFL players, leading the Broncos into the playoffs and becoming famous for his one-knee pose.
The New York Jets got the quarterback on Wednesday after his former team the Denver Broncos, acquired Peyton Manning.
Earlier in the day the trade hit a snag due to Tebow’s contract. According to the Associated Press, as part of Tebow’s $11.25 million, five-year contract he signed as a rookie in 2010, he had a $6.277 million advance due 29 days after the start of the 2011 league year.
He was paid in August after the NFL lockout ended and the trade stalled over the payment the Jets would owe the Broncos from that advance, reported AP. According to ESPN, the two teams agreed to split the cost.
