Helen “Sis” Ahlstrand, of Bayville, died peacefully on April 18, 2012 at the age of 80. Wife of the late Richard. Mother of Richard, Catherine Johnson (Bruce), Patricia Davis (Daniel) and the late Frederick. Mother-in-law of Barbara Ahlstrand (Rick Rogner). Grandmother of Patrick, Jennifer, Eric, Dakota, Meagan, Jillian and Thomas. Sister-in-law of Jane (Bill), Dolores (Jim), Lawrence (Annette). Arrangements were made by the Whitting Funeral Home, Glen Head. Funeral Mass at St. Gertrude’s RC Church. Interment Locust Valley Cemetery.
