Did Kelly Osbourne get engaged over the weekend?
The 27-year-old host of E!’s “Fashion Police” has been dating vegan chef Matthew Mosshart for over a year and the two seem pretty serious. Rumors began swirling after Kelly was spotted sporting a dazzling rock on her left ring finger during the Miss USA pageant. So what’s the deal, are the rumors true?
This one is oh-so-false. Kelly was just rocking a little eye-candy for the cameras. Her reps denied the rumors that Kelly is engaged to be married, telling E! News that Matt is just her boyfriend.
She already looked spectacular in a diamond sequined gown, but she apparently figured she’d throw in the diamond ring for good measure.
It doesn’t mean marriage is out of the question though. Us Weekly quoted an anonymous source as saying that Kelly and Matt are “serious” and “very much in love.”
The magazine quoted another source gushing about Matty saying, “Matthew is such a sweet guy.”
Kelly has already been engaged once and it didn’t go so well, so maybe that’s why she’s taking her time with Matthew.
Luke Worrall, her first fiance, smashed Kelly’s heart to pieces when allegations arose that he cheated on her in 2010.
“He’s the worst thing that ever happened to me,” tweeted a heartbroken Kelly at the time. “He made a fool of me.”
Even though the fashionista isn’t planning a walk down the aisle any time soon, she told Anderson Cooper she had “baby fever” last month when her brother Jack Osbourne’s daughter Pearl was born.
“I’d be the best mom ever,” she said. “I would. I’ve got great training from my mom.”
