Everyone’s jumping on the anti-Common Core bandwagon, even Stephen Colbert.
On Tuesday night’s episode of The Colbert Report, the sarcastic comedian joked that “Barack Obama wants to indoctrinate our students with his socialist agenda,” adding, “I’ve even heard disturbing rumors that kindergartners are being forced to share. That’s why I’ve longed opposed his Common Core curriculum.”
Or has he?

“It teaches two important workplace skills,” Colbert jokes, “math and passive-aggressive note writing.”
“That’s easy,” the comedian declares. “And for some reason you don’t know what a number sentence is, I’m sure you can use a word equation or a formula paragraph.”
