Roslyn School Budget Passes

The Roslyn school budget passed by a vote of 977 to 356. Meryl Waxman Ben-Levy and Clifford Saffron were elected to the school board. Both ran unopposed. A referendum to authorize $41, 302, 303 bond for district improvement projects passed by a vote of 850 to 462. A proposition to approve spending $171, 000 for the lease and purchase of school buses and vans passed by a vote of 892 to 354.
