This Saturday, the Roslyn Bulldogs will travel to Levittown to battle Division High School, where they hope to reverse the disappointing showing last weekend at Manhasset, where the Bulldogs lost to the Indians, 48-6.

Fresh off of their big homecoming win over Great Neck North, Roslyn started the game in promising fashion, with quarterback Adrian Combs scoring on a 30-yard touchdown run to give the Bulldogs an early 6-0 lead. But that would be all the scoring Roslyn could muster. Meanwhile, Manhasset’s offense scored through the ground and the air, as they jumped out to a 28-6 halftime lead.

The Oct. 2 game against Division is a night contest, beginning at 7 p.m. at Division’s field on 120 Division Ave. in Levittown. The week after that, Saturday, Oct. 11, the Bulldogs will return home to entertain Valley Stream North for a 3 p.m. game.
