Fourth grade students Mikoto Tsubo and Ryan Toohig from Center Street Elementary School were named winners in this year’s Official for a Day essay contest, sponsored by the Village of Williston Park. The students wrote essays on how they could make Williston Park a better place to live. Mikoto and Ryan joined Mayor Paul Ehrbar and honored at a recent village meeting. They officiated during the proceedings.
