Westbury is about to get a whole lot sweeter.
Carlo’s Bakery, the setting of the hit TLC series Cake Boss has announced it will open an 11th location in The Gallery at Westbury Plaza. Carlo’s currently has eight other active locations, and the Westbury location will be its fifth outside of New Jersey, and only Long Island location.
“There’s a great family-oriented community here in Westbury, which is what we’re all about at the bakery,” said Buddy Valastro, owner of Carlo’s Bakery, also known as the Cake Boss. “The whole famiglia is excited to join the Westbury community.”
Carlo’s Bakery Westbury, as it will be formally known, will be the fifth Carlo’s Bakery location outside of New Jersey. The bakery located at 900 Old Country Rd, is over 2,900 square feet and is expected to open later this year.
