She married her high school sweetheart Robert Beinbrink in 1943. They settled in Roslyn Heights, then to Manhasset, where their three children were raised. During those years she worked in administration at the Jackson Avenue School in Mineola. She was one of the early members of the Congregational Church of Manhasset, and later the First Presbyterian Church of Hilton Head. She is preceded in death by her husband Robert, son Jeffrey R. Beinbrink, Capt. USN, and sister Adelaide Wiegert. She is survived by son and daughter-in-law Glenn and Julie Beinbrink of Charleston, S.C., daughter and son-in-law Nancy and Charles Gilman of Manhasset and daughter-in-law Barbara Beinbrink of San Diego, California. She leaves seven grandchildren Andrew and William Beinbrink of San Diego, Peter, Douglas and Kate Gilman of Manhasset, and Wade and Garrett Beinbrink of Charleston, S.C. A memorial service was held to celebrate her life on Sunday, March 29 at the Congregational Church of Manhasset, 1845 Northern Blvd., Manhasset.
