Prior to the break, students and staff at South Salem Elementary School celebrated the holiday season with a schoolwide sing-a-long in the Salem cafeteria. Staff members provided musical accompaniment as the children provided the vocals to a varied collection of seasonal songs. 
Many donned reindeer antlers, Santa hats and other fun holiday attire while swinging and swaying to the music.
