New York State Commissioner of Education MaryEllen Elia and Regent Roger Tilles recently visited Carle Place Middle and High School. As part of her visit to Long Island, the commissioner sat in on several classes, held a forum with local superintendents and met with Carle Place teachers, administrators and board members to answer any questions and discuss current issues.
