Celebrating 50 Years Of Marriage

Celebrating Fabulous 50 And Still Going Strong
Ted and Marie Livesay, formerly of Manhasset, celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on March 12. They currently reside at Kensington Park in Naples, FL, and at Kingsmill Resort in Williamsburg, VA. The couple renewed their wedding vows before Bishop Frank Dewane at St. Leo’s Catholic Church in Bonita Springs, FL.
Ted and Marie were married at West Point, NY, where Ted was the head of the Spanish Language Department. They have three children, Kimberly, Mark and Susan, and five grandchildren, Melissa, Jessica, Christina, Tommy and Billy.
Marie taught Spanish for 18 years at Manhasset Junior High School while Ted served over 28 years in the U.S. Army. After retiring, Ted worked for TDK, a Japanese electronics firm, for 18 years. Both are looking forward to their 60th anniversary.
