Gates open at 8:30 a.m. and races will be taking place from approximately 11:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Motorists can expect delays on Hempstead Tpke. and surrounding secondary roads throughout the day.
Plainfield Ave will be closed from Hempstead Tpke. to Vanderwater Ave. beginning at 8 a.m. to approximately 9 p.m.
