Ladies Night Out At Equinox

North Shore Child and Family Guidance Center (NSC&FGC) recently held its third annual Ladies Night Out event. For the past three summers, NSC&FGC’s Business Advisory Council has partnered with Roslyn-based Equinox to deliver a variety of spa and beauty services and raffle opportunities to the women of our local communities to raise awareness of the programs and services of the guidance center.
More than 40 women attended the event, which raised in excess of $2,000 to support children’s mental health and eradicate stigma. Attendees were treated to hand and chair massages. Long Island makeup artists Rebelle with a Gloss provided makeovers, while Huntington salon Salone di Bianca provided blow-outs and hair styling. Guests savored delicious small bites from Wat Chu Wan Wonton and sipped wine while they mingled.
“The Guidance Center is grateful to the staff at Equinox for their ongoing partnership and to the women in the community for their support of our mental health services for children and families,” said Jo-Ellen Hazan, a board member, in her welcoming remarks.
