The Island Trees varsity volleyball team celebrated senior night on O
ct. 27. This marked the final regular season game for the girls—some of whom have been playing together since the seventh grade.
The team capped the night off with a 3-0 win over East Rockaway. The girls finished the season placing third in their conference, which qualifies them for the playoffs. The first playoff game is against Locust Valley.
Good luck in the playoffs Lady Dawgs, and good luck to the seniors next year.
