The Levittown Chamber of Commerce would like to introduce Danielle Cusack-Sanders, owner of All Stars Gymnastics located at 3601 Hempstead Tpke., which she opened in 2001.
“I am pleased to say that All Stars Gymnastics is a proud member of the Levittown Chamber of Commerce,” said Cusack-Sanders. “It is a truly great organization.”
The chamber was thrilled with Cusack-Sanders and her team at All Star Gymnastics when they performed a few weeks ago at the chamber-sponsored Fall Festival.
Cusack-Sanders grew up in Levittown and her parents still reside there. She is a graduate of the Island Trees school district, where she developed her love for gymnastics and was a member of the high school team. Cusack-Sanders said that she feels fortunate to own a business in a town she grew up in. She now lives in Seaford with her husband of 17 years, Steve Sanders, and their two children.
All Stars Gymnastics is dedicated to the success of the children in the program and hope that the lessons learned in gymnastics classes will carry over to their daily lives. The business has been serving the local community by providing a safe, clean and professional facility where children can develop individual skills while learning the value of being part of a team. Their mission is to help each child to reach his or her full potential.
There are two gyms within the facility; a Fishbowl Gym caters to children 15 months to 4½ years old while children 15 months old can begin a Me & My Pal Class, where an adult assists them throughout the class, along with a coach. At 2½, children begin to work independently with the class coach. At 5 years old, they graduate to the Big Gym. Cusack-Sanders believes that with proper instruction and encouragement, every child can gain confidence, perfect skills, make friends and have fun all while learning the fundamentals of this great sport. They also offer advanced classes, and have competitive teams.
In addition to their gymnastics program, the business now offers a Ninja Warrior program, which focuses on developing core strength, agility, speed, reaction time and balance, while utilizing gymnastics skills and obstacles. Warriors will learn to connect movements so they will be able to flip, hang and land in flowing combinations while using our brand new state of art equipment.
The staff is comprised of former and current gymnasts and cheerleaders with years of personal and professional experience. They are all first aide/CPR/AED trained. Their enthusiasm and expertise is second to none. Their commitment to the sport, and to the physical, educational and emotional development of the community’s youth is unparalleled.
“At All Stars Gymnastics we are devoted to fun, fitness and friendship,” said Cusack-Sanders.
All Stars Gymnastics also offers birthday parties and summer camp programs. For more information, call 516-796-2188 or visit www.allstarsgymnastics.net.
