The 11th annual Spring Craft Beer Festival is back at Belmont on April 1. More than 150 craft brews and beers will be featured from brewers across the island and country. The lineup will include new and award-winning breweries from Long Island as well as famous and stellar craft breweries from across the nation. Not into beer? No problem. There is also a wine purveyor list as well for those who prefer the grape variety.
The day will consist of two sessions, with the first from 12:30 to 4 p.m. and the second from 5:30 to 9 p.m. There will be plenty of food and drinks available for purchase. Make sure you take photos and post to social media using the hashtag #springcraftbeerfest.
For a list of represented breweries and to purchase tickets, visit www.springcraftbeerfestival.com. Tickets are $46 plus taxes and fees. For day of tickets, if still available, the cost is $60. Designated driver tickets are available for $12 plus taxes and fees, which includes a bottle of water. Designated drivers will not receive a tasting glass and are not permitted to sample beer.
