A woman was arrested for committing an armed home invasion in East Patchogue last week, Suffolk County police said.
Kayla Miller, of Shirley, was indicted on charges of first-degree burglary. Judge Richard Ambro ordered she be held without bail Wednesday.
Police said the 26-year-old suspect broke into a home on Falcon Avenue, displayed a gun and stole items from victims inside at 9:06 p.m. Wednesday, March 22. There were no reported injuries.
Fifth Squad detectives are continuing the investigation. Miller is due back in court Tuesday.
