Make-A-Wish will be hosting the third annual Help Us Help Kids Craft Beer Sampling and Food Tasting on Friday, Jan. 26, at Louie’s Grille & Liquors, located at 395 Main St. in Port Washington. Gina LoBello is once again working her magic with Louie’s Grille to bring the community together to raise funds for Make-A-Wish.
“This is such a great event,” said LoBello. “We are almost sold out.” Tickets are $65 and must be purchased online at www.helpushelpkids.kintera.org. This is a wonderful opportunity to enjoy great food, great beer and great company, all for a great cause. The event is being run by Manhasset resident Gina LoBello, who successfully launched this fabulous sold-out party last year.

Make-A-Wish Metro New York and Western New York has touched the lives of more than 13,000 children in our area—more than 2,000 in the western New York counties and more than 11,000 in the five boroughs of New York City and Nassau County, Long Island. In fiscal year 2015, they collectively touched the lives of 867 wish children and their families by granting 651 wishes of local children and facilitating 216 wish assists for children who reside in other areas, but whose wishes took place in New York.
