I am writing in response to your editorial “Our Opinion” article “Holy Rollers” dated Sept. 19-25, 2018. I was offended by the picture you chose to go with your article. You are entitled to your opinion however in my opinion, the picture is inappropriate for your article. Just as you wouldn’t put a picture of the Koran with a controversial article the consecrated host does not belong with your article’s subject matter. To me this is a sacrilege. A priest is a human who has a free will and can choose to do wrong or right.
The consecrated host is the Body and Blood and Jesus Christ.
