Virginia M. Izzo, of Port Washington, died on April 17. Virginia was born on Sept. 22, 1921. Wife of the late Joseph. Survived by her loving sons Joseph Jr. (Rita) and Richard (Francine). Cherished Grandmother of Brian (Angela) Monahan and Gail (Michael) Naviasky. Great-Grandmother of Jack, Avery, Jenna, Grant and Nora. One of many “Rosie the Riveters” during WWII. Member of the PWFD Ladies Auxiliary.
