A margarita, Bloody Mary and of course, a Long Island iced tea aren’t the same without a quality tequila. There are so many brands and types of the iconic liquor, it could be daunting to decide which blend of tequila to use for each cocktail recipe. Espolòn Tequila is one of the fastest growing tequilas on the market today. The brand’s premium collection, Espolòn Blanco, Reposado and Añejo, is award-winning.

The late Master Distiller Cirilo Oropeza spent decades learning both the science of distillation and the art of tequila making. His passion for it, matched with his strict attention to detail, fostered his dream of creating a tequila of great quality that everyone could enjoy.

For Shaking
Espolòn Blanco, the brand’s signature tequila, is the purest expression of passion for Mexico’s legendary spirit. Made with only 100 percent Blue Weber agave, it carries delicate floral and tropical fruit notes and a clean finish. Espolòn Blanco can be enjoyed neat or as the perfect accompaniment to a classic tequila cocktail. The Blanco label, featuring the brand’s iconic rooster Ramón, references the charge in the fight for Mexico’s independence. The brand label art is inspired by the famous Mexican artist José Guadalupe Posada.

For Sharing
Espolòn Reposado, made with only 100 percent Blue Weber Agave, rests for two to four months in new American oak barrels, giving this award-winning tequila bold character with hints of tropical fruit, vanilla and a long, spicy finish. The label art proudly features a tribute to Mexico’s bustling marketplaces, where cultures collide and all ways of life gather.

For Sipping
Crafted over a year-long process, Espolòn Añejo, made from 100 percent Blue Weber Agave, is first aged in new American oak barrels before being finished in Wild Turkey bourbon barrels. This unique process, a first in Mexico, allows the tequila to take on some of the woody notes and velvety finish found in whiskey, creating an extremely smooth tequila rich in color and with a distinct, spirited flavor. The label features the jarabe, Mexico’s rebellious and forbidden dance.
