The Long Beach Chamber of Commerce is hosting a vendor fair on the Long Beach Boardwalk in honor of Mother’s Day. Bring the family to take a stroll along the boardwalk and treat mom to something special! 80 West Broadway, Long Beach. events.longisland.com May 8-9.

MIGHTY MOTHER’S DAY DUATHLON

Heckscher State Park is kicking off the season with a duathlon for Mother’s Day. The race includes a flat three-lap, 10.5-mile bike course along with a mix of trail and road for running. 1 Heckscher State Pkwy, East Islip. trisignup.com 8 a.m. May 9.

MOTHER’S DAY PHOTOSHOOT

The South Bay Bible Church is hosting a free photoshoot for moms during the church’s Mother’s Day service. Participants will receive an 8×10-inch photo and digital image at no charge. 578 Montauk Hwy, East Moriches. events.longisland.com 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. May 9. 

FREE AQUARIUM ADMISSION FOR MOMS
