According to her MacArthur’s girls varsity head coach and Salk Middle School Dean, Daniel Agovino, Stematelo was also awarded “Player of the Game” in the finals by making a game-winning save which led her team to a 9-8 victory over Spain. Stematelo will be entering her senior year at MacArthur after earning All-County Honorable Mention honors as a junior.
