Natural Science is the study of plants and animals in their natural environment. During the Victorian era and the early 20th century, the study of the natural world was popular. John Audubon, Charles Darwin and later Rachel Carson all played significant roles in generating interest in the natural sciences. Our collection of antique and vintage prints is framed using conservation materials and handcrafted frames. All frames are made in the United States. The Botanical show runs from Oct. 7 through Oct. 31. Barnes Gallery is located at 2 Nassau Blvd. in Garden City.
