In keeping with the holiday spirit, police officers and first responders formed a human assembly line on Thursday, Nov. 18, passing turkeys, one-by-one, and helping place them in the back of vehicles to be delivered throughout the community to designated families who are in need as part of a larger community effort by Stew Leonard’s Farmingdale.

The supermarket chain is providing more than 3,000 turkeys to food insecure people throughout the tri-state area.
