Apple Printing At Woodland Elementary School

In Woodland Elementary School, the students of Christina Mirro’s Pre-K Class explored different colors of green, red and yellow apples while also discovering the inside of an apple.

They used their fine motor skill abilities to hold half the apples down to create different artistic designs. They discovered that the inside of an apple is a star and used their creativity to make an apple stamp to design a colorful collage. Each table took a turn with each color. A Pre-K student Zarina shared, “I can mix my apple in different colors to make a new picture.”
