Dua Lipa has added the UBS Arena at Belmont Park in Elmont as a stop on her Future Nostalgia Tour, the singer announced this week.
The English pop star will perform at the brand-new concert venue on Monday, Feb. 21, and it will be her first show on Long Island. She will be at Madison Square Garden in Manhattan about a week later on March 1. Tickets to the UBS Arena show will go on sale this Friday, Jan. 28 at 10 a.m.
Opening support for the show includes special guests Caroline Polacher, an American alternative pop singer, and Lolo Zouai, a French R&B-pop singer.
Dua Lipa, 26, is a global name in current pop music and came to fame with radio hits such as “Levitating,” “Love Again,” “Don’t Start Now,” and “New Rules.”
The UBS Arena, the new home of the New York Islanders, has many other upcoming concerts, comedy performances, and live events, including Monster Jam on Feb. 4-6, Imagine Dragons on Feb. 14, the Harlem Globetrotters on Feb. 19, Tool on Feb. 23, and Journey on Feb. 25.
