**Senior Alert** Ranger and Lily are a pair of senior bonded siblings who sadly lost their old home in a house fire. Ranger is an 18-year-old Male black and white Domestic Shorthair, and Lily is a 12-year-old Female brown tabby Domestic Shorthair. They are very healthy for their age and have recently had their teeth polished! Both cats are sweet and outgoing and have lots of love to give. Ranger and Lily get along with other cats and previously lived with a small child, so they would do well with most families. They adore each other so much and would prefer to be adopted together but can be separated if need be.
If you can rescue Ranger and Lily, please call 631-360-7575.
Available for adoption through Tender Loving Cats
Oreo is a quiet kitty with a lot of character. She loves affection but will let you know when she had enough with a gentle paw tap. She’ll often be found on her back lounging with paws up, looking her cutest. Her foster just adores her and has hundreds of photos to prove it.
Oreo was found freezing cold begging for food, likely lost, or abandoned. Oreo found her way into a home but was terrified by her new surroundings which the homeowner didn’t have the patience for. Before Oreo knew it (within hours) she was back on the street. After some time spent decompressing and now knowing that she is in a safe and secure environment, Oreo has blossomed into a lovely companion cat. She has not been introduced to other animals at this time, and she very well need to be an only pet. She enjoys catnip toys, string toys, looking out the windows and watching the birds. Oreo does seem to prefer the company of women over men, but the right fit might change that. Younger children should be supervised while interacting with her just for the occasional paw tap. She is truly a special cat, and her adopter will be a lucky person to have her in their life.

When the NSALA team was notified of a tabby damsel in distress, they quickly delivered her to safety. Six-year-old Josie (Adoption #H207462) has had to adjust to a lot after the hardship of losing her home, but time and patience are our specialties at Animal League America. Josie’s looking for a human whose heart is bursting with love who will provide her the safety she craves and the time she needs to reacclimatize to home living. An experienced household (with children over 12 years old and no other pets) will have this timid beauty craving more attention.
**Double Adoption** When a fearful pair of devoted 5-year-old mini-panthers needed a place to land after losing the home they’d shared, the NSALA team invited them to a quiet, safe place to relearn about trusting humans. Magic (Adoption #BF1617) and Midnight (Adoption #BF1615) shed their trepidation and enthusiastically entered into playtime with friends. NSALA is so proud of how far this sweet pair has come in such a short time and have promoted them to a more visible room in Bianca’s Furry Friends Feline Adoption Center where their new, quiet friends are patiently waiting to show them the benefits of trusting the humans caring for them. While Magic might want to spend her time tucked into a loving embrace with Midnight, Midnight is ready to accept new friendships, enjoying full body rubs and yummy treats. You’ll find him eager to fit into your lap if you give him the time for a visit. Their ideal home is one with adults experienced in helping fearful cats settle into the new routines of a household. Time, patience, love, and treats add up to the recipe for success for Magic and Midnight.
**Double Adoption** Eight-month-olds Honshu (Adoption #H211098) and Hokkaido (Adoption #H211099) forged a tight bond when they struggled to survive on their own in the great outdoors last summer. Now safely nestled in a comfy bed together, they’re leaning on each other to comprehend this new life afforded them in the security of Bianca’s Furry Friends Feline Adoption Center. Although their experience with humans was limited until they joined us, they’re quickly learning how delightful it is to have meals served in a warm bed. NSALA looks forward to seeing continued growth once these sweet siblings find their loving family. If you have a peaceful home with children over 8 years old who can help them settle into their final destination, they’ll know a safe home at last!
**Double Adoption and Senior Alert** Ten-year-olds Tutelo (Adoption #BF2528) and Cayuga (Adoption #BF2529) are taking great comfort in each other’s company so NSALA is determined to let them spend furever together. After a rough start in a perilous situation, these seniors are ready to begin a fresh, new chapter in a quiet household with loving humans (and children over 12 years old) who will be devoted to making every moment of their lives comfortable. These sweet gentlemen require very little, and in return, you receive gratitude for providing them the loving home they’ve always deserved. You can begin your journey with Tutelo and Cayuga by offering treats and ear rubs; they’ll grab hold of your heart from the moment you assure them they’re safe.
**Double Adoption** Eight-year-olds Garfield (Adoption #BF3963) and Freeway (Adoption #BF3964) may have been abandoned by their former family, but they’ve found a new (temporary) one among their feline and human friends at Bianca’s Furry Friends Feline Adoption Center. These very bonded gentlemen have learned to lean on us and each other as NSALA helps them make a fresh start by finding them a forever family committed to keeping them safe and happy. Easy to do! Just offer them treats and ear rubs, and you’ll make fast friends. Garfield and Freeway may be quiet, but they’re exceedingly grateful to be in warm beds or exploring new toys in their room. You’ll find falling in love with them immediate which is great because NSALA wants them back in a loving household as beloved pets where they belong!
Ten-month-old Trent Rezner (Adoption #H211500) is nothing but love! This rockin’ kitten was rescued locally and brought to Bianca’s Furry Friends Feline Adoption Center, giving him the opportunity to find adopters who will offer him a safe life in a loving home. Nothing is keeping this cutie from stealing hearts. He’s the purrfect choice for any family looking for a best buddy to befriend their lonely cat at home!
**Senior Alert** Twelve-year-old Isabel (Adoption #H194441) needed help to restore her faith in human beings. NSALA was alerted to her desperate need for safety when neighbors reported her abandoned in her home. Their team rescued her and after she was given a clean bill of health and placed her in a quiet space to breathe easy as she learned she could depend upon people. This stunning senior has never lived with other cats, and would prefer to be the only pet, in a quiet home with understanding children (over 10 years) and adults who have shown the patience needed to deal with shy cats before. New situations frighten Isabel, yet she sees how gentle and loving her caretakers are which gives her something she hasn’t had in a very long time: someone to depend upon. If you’d like to offer Isabel a soft place to land after a hard stretch of her life, you’d could be the hero we’ve been waiting on.
**Double Adoption** Malt and Milkshake needed help when allergies became an issue in the home with humans they’d shared for most of their lives. Now safely nestled together in a cozy cubby in Bianca’s Furry Friends Feline Adoption Center, this very bonded pair of one-year-old siblings will love each other through this moment—hopefully a brief one—as we help them find a permanent solution to their problem: your family! Their shyness makes them a good choice for calm households with kids (8 year olds and above,) who will nurture away any apprehension they may bring with them as they resettle into family life as beloved pets.
**Double Adoption** One-year-old Mowgli (Adoption #LA2501) is a momma’s boy. Just ask his momma Twilight (Adoption #LA2502) who didn’t want to leave him behind when it was time to move on from the hard work of mothering kittens. Two-year-old Twilight wants to spend all of her tomorrows right by her beautiful boy’s side. How sweet is that?! Although this pair of mini panthers may start out shy, they’ll work together to overcome their trepidation and find their way into the hearts and home of what will be their first real family. Would like to offer this mother and son a special spot in your quiet home. They promise to be grateful furever!
