Celebrate the 110th anniversary of the Girl Scout movement with Girl Scouts of Nassau County at a special luncheon.
It will be a day to share Girl Scout stories that have shaped leaders and benefited communities throughout Nassau County. This year’s guest speaker will be Girl Scout alum Carrie Meek Gallagher, the NYS Department of Public Service director for the Long Island Office. GSNC will commemorate Girl Scout champions lost over the past two years who left a lasting impact on girls in Nassau County, and introduce our new annual legacy nomination process to honor more individuals who embody the Girl Scout spirit. Proceeds from the luncheon will ensure that girls across Nassau County have access to the Girl Scout experience.
Girl Scouts of Nassau County invites all to celebrate the anniversary on May 2 from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Garden City Hotel Grand Ballroom. Purchase tickets or become a sponsor here https://bit.ly/3twexHn.
