Kate Major Lohan, the stepmother of actress Lindsay Lohan, was recently arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated in Shenandoah, Texas, according to reports.
Major Lohan, who has now been arrested for DWI three times in three different states, was taken to Montgomery County Jail with her bond set at $15,000. She is married to Lindsay Lohan’s father, Michael Lohan, who she has two children with, but the two have been estranged for several years, according to TMZ, which first reported the story.
Major Lohan was previously caught for DWI in Southampton in 2020 and in Florida in 2014. Around the time of her 2020 arrest in Suffolk County, Michael Lohan was arrested for allegedly assaulting his estranged wife in her Southampton home. Soon after he was arraigned at Southampton Village Justice Court.
Lindsay Lohan, the acting star who grew up in Merrick, has had her own run-ins with the law, but recently made a career comeback starring in the Netflix Christmas film Falling for Christmas.
Lindsay Lohan’s mother, Dina Lohan, has also been arrested more than once for DWI.
