Chef Tom Schaudel to Visit Twisted Cow Distillery for Book Signing, Food Pairing
Tom Schaudel, a Long Island celebrity chef and author, will visit Twisted Cow Distillery in East Northport for a book signing and food pairing event on April 15.
Foodies and spirit enthusiasts will enjoy hearing from Schaudel about his newest book, A Second Helping: Whining and Dining on Long Island, a sequel to Playing with Fire: Whining and Dining on Long Island, both of which employ humor to tell stories about serving Long Island customers at Schaudel’s restaurants.
“Tom Schaudel is truly one of Long Island’s treasures, and Twisted Cow Distillery is extremely grateful for his collaboration,” says owner John Pawluk. “Tom’s dedication to supporting local businesses has served as a beacon for many, and his humor, creativity, and reputation in the culinary world is bar none.”
For $50 per person, guests will receive a copy of Schaudel’s book, entry to the book reading and signing, a food and spirits pairing, and a complimentary Twisted Cow Distillery cocktail.
