These Adoptable Pets Are As Sweet As Can Be
Available for adoption at the Town of Smithtown Animal Shelter
Pretty Praline is a 1-year-old Domestic Shorthair who was recently found as part of the animal shelter’s Trap-Neuter-Release (TNR) program. Praline can be a bit shy and timid at first, but once she gets to know you, she’s fully on board with all your affection and petting. She loves spending time with other cats and will often try and seek their companionship. Praline would do well in a quiet home with other cats and with a family that can give her the time and patience she needs to live a long and happy life.

Available for adoption through Tender Loving Cats
Meet Do-si-do! Born February 2021, Do-si-do is just as sweet as the Girl Scout cookie she is named after! She is a biscuit making machine, just give her a soft squishy blanket. Do-si-do is the perfect happy cat with just the right amount of energy. She loves to chase balls and bat at wand toys but will happily snuggle right into your chest. Scratching posts are her passion and she will show off her stretches proudly.

**Senior Alert** Eight-year-old Burke is full of energy and loves to play ball! He entertains himself by throwing the ball and chasing it. He is so very sweet, house-trained and loves everyone he meets!
Dewey is a 1-year-old poodle mix who is very sweet and also a bit shy. To help him come out of his shell, he’s hoping to find a forever home with another dog to give him companionship and guidance.
At just 6 months old, More is a super sweet goldendoodle who makes friends everywhere she goes. She loves to walk and does well on a leash. Because she’s so young, More could use a little additional guidance for house training, but she’s very smart and just needs a little time to work it all out.
**Senior Alert** As sweet as her name, Muffin is a 13-year-old Shih Tsu who just needs a family that can give her the kindness and love she deserves. Could that home be yours?
**Senior Alert** Eight-year-old Saturn is out of this world adorable! This sweet yet shy Shih Tsu would be super happy with anyone who offers her cuddles and pets.

**Double Adoption** When 2-year-olds Noah (Adoption #PR00018) and Noona’s (Adoption #PR00020) owners moved away, they returned to our care, hoping we could secure them a brighter future. While these wonderful siblings could use a little boost to their confidence, that’s nothing your loving home can’t fix easily with gentle pets and loving murmurs. Want to see if they’re what’s been missing in your heart? You’ll find out quickly that Noah and Noona have a ton of love to give you!
**Double Adoption** Five-year-old Momma Annie (Adoption #H212436) must have instinctively known her four-year-old son Oliver (Adoption #H212437) would need her reassurance as she stayed with him in their first home. When they recently lost that place of comfort, they’ve turned to each other as they face the changes ahead. Annie has been a great example of courage for her timid boy. If you’ve had cats before and have a peaceful place for them to resettle in, and children over age twelve who can contribute to their comfort, you could be the heroes we’ve been telling them about. Oliver and Annie’s fresh start begins the moment you welcome them into your family.
**Senior Alert** Southern shelter rescue Jezzy (Adoption #V34114) was adopted out by Animal League America and spent time in a loving home for several years. Sadly, this sensitive 9-year-old was recently in crisis, so we welcomed her back, with all the reassurances she needs to put her best paws forward as she searches for a fresh start. Jezzy has conquered her fears before, and now she just needs to find a loving and committed human to make her feel safe. Older children will know instinctively how to nurture her spirit with some kindness and treats. If you’d like to offer Jezzy her new beginning, she’d love a chance at happiness again.
**Double Adoption** When Gerri (Adoption #BF4337) and George (Adoption #BF4338) were on the brink of homelessness, a good Samaritan alerted us to their urgent need for a safe place to land. Having each other for support is steadying in their new setting at Bianca’s Furry Friends Feline Adoption Center, and we’ll make sure these 2-year-old bonded besties have each other furrever. You’ll find Gerri very open to greeting you, especially if you have treats ready. George isn’t quite as outgoing as Gerri yet, but he’s never far behind her, following her lead. Want to meet a quiet pair of sweet, good- looking cats? Gerri and George are ready to move right in and fill your home and heart with love.
**Double Adoption** Two-year-olds Elaine (Adoption #BF4339) and Kramer (Adoption #BF4340) are looking for a new place to share after the sudden loss of their first home. As Animal League America helps settle them into a room in Bianca’s Furry Friends Feline Adoption Center, they’re making sure they feel safe and loved, giving them all the time they need. Time and patience are the keys to their success; offer them a treat and watch them ease into feeling they’re safe. Want to be their number one superhero? Bring them back to your quiet home and let them lean on you for comfort, know they’re furever safe in your care.
Pretty Petunia (Adoption #NCR6025) is an understated beauty; look closely and you’ll notice her single, delicate butterscotch paw. Her trip up from a crowded shelter in North Carolina may have been tiring, but her focus is on choosing herself a nice family who will enjoy her as much as we have. If you have a thing for stunning torties, 1-year-old Petunia is a great choice for you!
Ten-month-old Tweety (Adoption #NCR6035) is a sweety! So sweet, in fact, you won’t believe your luck when she chooses you to take her home. Despite a life of uncertainty she left behind in North Carolina, this little angel has nothing but a pawsitive catitude and gratitude having settled into Bianca’s Furry Friends Feline Adoption Center with her many friends. Tweety is an easy choice for any home, so come by and meet the feline love of your life today!
Evan Mobley (Adoption #SCR3904) may prefer napping to gameplaying, but don’t be afraid to wake him and say hello. You don’t want to miss out on the MVP of your heart. This understated one-year-old tabby likes a quiet cuddle but can easily be won over with some treats. He’s quite a cavalier gent. Want to draft Evan Mobley onto your team? He should be your number one pick!
