Many of Long Island’s restaurants feature talented, creative chefs that all add their own spin to classic dishes and help develop new ones to bring a unique variety and taste to everyone they serve, but who is the best chef on Long Island?
Long Islanders voted Chef Eric LeVine of 317 Main Street the Best Chef on Long Island in the 2023 Bethpage Best of Long Island contest!
It’s not every day that you eat at the restaurant of a chef whose portfolio includes French training, Food Network, and Chef of the Year accolades. But, now you can!
Meet Chef Eric LeVine. His career journey began passionately at the ripe age of 11 when he landed a chef’s assistant position at a catering company. Little did he know he would become a French-trained chef with the help of his grandfather, a master butcher, who was eager to fan the flames of his passion. Since then, Chef LeVine has accomplished leaps and bounds of success. He is now the chef at 317 Main Street in Farmingdale, among other restaurants, and a Chopped champion!
