Lessing’s Hospitality Group, a leader in the Northeast hospitality industry, has successfully completed the acquisition of Division Hospitality Group as of July 31, 2023. Division Hospitality Group is a distinguished provider of food services to Catholic schools in the Bronx, Queens and Westchester areas.
Division Hospitality Group, owned by Nicholas Mancini and co-managed by his three sisters Nicole Cestra, Kristina Bastian, and Brianna Mancini, has serviced 15 Catholic school accounts with a dedicated team of professionals.

As per the agreement, Division Hospitality’s team has become part of Lessing’s Hospitality. Nicholas Mancini will continue to oversee the operations of the 15 Catholic schools under the leadership of Kevin Lessing, Executive Vice President of the Food Service Division at Lessing’s Hospitality Group.
