Akneada Baker

*Senior Alert* Akneada (pronounced Anita) Baker is an eight year-old Domestic Shorthair who earned her name because she loves to sing and move her feet like she’s kneading. She was found as an emaciated and underweight stray with severe dental problems that had infected her sinuses and upper airway. She has since had an incredible recovery, and she’s now back to a healthy weight and is looking amazing. Akneada is a little ball of happiness and constant motion. All she needs is a home that will love her and pet her all day long. Sweet Akneada Baker is ready to find her happily ever after, maybe that special home is yours?

Adoption Shy

*Senior Alert* Shy is an 11-year-old mixed breed (Shih Tzu, miniature Schnauzer) who is just a doll. This gal is both wee-wee pad trained and trained to use the bathroom outdoors, so she fits a variety of lifestyles. She gets along well with other dogs, children, and adults. Shy is looking for a quiet home, preferably no young kids and in a suburban or rural area where she can relax in peace for the rest of her days!

Adoption Blossom

Blossom was rescued during a TNR project late September of 2023. She was hissy and so scared when she first arrived. Now, she is a fan favorite. Blossom loves lots of attention and affection. Once she knows you’re just there to love her, she’ll lay on her side and ask for belly rubs! She is so cute and playful and does well with other cats.

Mocha

Mocha was brought to Lend-a-Paw as a transfer earlier this summer. He was so scared and afraid to trust anyone. Luckily, he was placed in foster where he has completely come out of his shell. He loves hanging out with the other foster cats and can be found cuddling with one of his friends. He loves to run around and play. He’s just 5-months old and would prefer to be adopted to a family who already has another cat.
