Comptroller Phillips had the opportunity to congratulate and thank honoree and Holocaust survivor Leo S. Ullman, for continuing to share his story and for giving lectures at universities, churches, synagogues and many civic associations as part of tolerance education. Each year at the Annual Tribute Dinner, the HMTC pays tribute to Holocaust Survivors, and high-profile civic, community, and business leaders.
