The annual Long Island University Gala honored the College of Veterinary Medicine’s inaugural graduating class raised over 2 million dollars in support of student scholarships.
Held at the Plaza Hotel in New York City the event also recognized six distinguished alumni: Marcia Mulzac Meinerth ’67, Frank Tortorici ’75, Cynthia Naughton ’93, Mary Cassai ’04, Conor Reeves ’11, and Shauna James ’16, ’20.
