New Restaurants

It’s officially summer, and with that comes a desire to try out new restaurants. Here are three you’ll want to try!

New Restaurants

ARTHUR & SONS

Promising to transport you back to the 1990s New York City Italian American scene with old-school food, vibe, and attitude, the Bridgehampton Italian restaurant owned by Joe Isidori, Michelin-star chef, cookbook author, and cofounder of popular restaurant franchise Black Tap Craft Burgers & Beer, opened this May.

The menu features items that pay tribute to New York Italian American classics, with appetizers such as meatballs with ricotta and fried mozzarella, and entrees ranging from spicy rigatoni alla vodka and chicken parmigiana to veal Marsala.

The restaurant design seeks to blend an old-school, new-school ambiance, accentuated by rustic tones to evoke a Hamptons vibe.

BULL SMITH’S TAVERN

Bull Smith’s Tavern, named for the legend of Richard Smith, who rode on the back of a bull to determine the perimeter of his property, offers a traditional American tavern feel with a comprehensive menu.

The menu offers traditional tavern food such as fish and chips, nachos, and sliders, while also offering pizza, tacos, and pasta dishes. The happy hour selection is wide, including draft beers, mixed drinks, and a variety of wines. The first floor is inspired by Nashville and plays host to a community tavern, and the second floor is fashioned after the style of a 1920s speakeasy.

In addition to lunch and dinner, Bull Smith’s Tavern is going to offer a Sunday brunch and nighttime entertainment, including a DJ and live music.

From perfectly seasoned sushi to mouthwatering lobster, the restaurant offers appetizers such as oysters alla Nola and sausage and broccoli rabe egg rolls, and entrees ranging from veal chop Napoli to shrimp parmigiana, to be paired with a wide bar and wine menu.

With a great ambiance, delicious dinners, and convenient location, Nola is not a place you want to miss.
