The Village of East Hills held its annual Blood Drive for The New York Blood Center (NYBC) on Sunday, June 2, 2024 in the Village Theater. A record-breaking 81 pints of blood was donated, the largest amount ever collected at any blood drive in the Village. Our Roslyn High School Student Chairs, Eliza Liebowitz and Tyler Osit, along with their group, worked tirelessly to help make this happen. There is an emergency blood shortage right now and our community really stepped up to help when asked to do so.
