Oyster Bay Town Councilwoman Michele Johnson recently honored Willis J. Clark, of BSA Troop 590, for his amazing accomplishment of earning the rank of Eagle Scout. Councilwoman Johnson thanked Willis for his hard work and dedication to improving our community and congratulated his family on this outstanding achievement – which only about 6% of Boy Scouts attain.
