At the Nassau County Village Officials Association’s (NCVOA) annual meeting on June 27, the NCVOA elected Village of Thomaston Mayor Steven Weinberg as the Second Vice President for 2024-2025.The NCVOA represents 64 incorporated villages with 475,000 residents.
In addition, the NCVOA elected the following officers:
President: Bonnie Parente, Mayor of the Village of East Williston.
First Vice President: Elena Villafane, Mayor of the Village of Sea Cliff
Treasurer: Paul Pereira, Mayor of the Village of Mineola
