Join Roslyn’s Homecoming Celebration on Sept. 28

The annual Roslyn High School Homecoming Celebration will take place on Saturday, Sept. 28.

The day starts with a free pancake breakfast at 11 a.m., followed by the homecoming parade at 12:15 a.m. The parade begins at the front of Roslyn High School, travels through Roslyn Village and ends at the high school football field.

The varsity football game between Roslyn and New Hyde Park begins at 2 p.m. At halftime, the high school cheer team and marching band will perform.

“Homecoming is a celebration of our community’s pride, spirit, and tradition— a time when alumni, students, and families come together to honor our school and its rich history,” director of health and athletics Michael Brostowski said. “This year, we’re excited to showcase our very talented athletes in a variety of sports.”

In anticipation of homecoming on Sept. 28, the district will celebrate Spirit Week.
