Jackson Avenue School and Meadow Drive School are among 19 schools statewide and 319 nationwide to receive the designation, which stems from a yearlong commitment to strengthen family-school partnerships.
National PTA Schools of Excellence are selected for their focus on creating an environment where families feel welcomed, included and empowered to support their children’s success and where students feel safe, supported and ready to learn.
