True apple pie is a homesteading art and usually takes a little bit of time and patience, Here is a super quick version of mock apple pie that you can put together in less than 20 minutes.

Ingredients
1 refrigerated can of crescent roll dough
1 can of apple pie filling
8 oz. Greek yogurt, vanilla
1 Tbsp ground cinnamon
1 Tbsp sugar

Follow the preheating instructions on the dough can, typically 375 degrees. In a muffin tin, lay crescent roll triangles over each of the eight muffin wells. Spoon a heaping tablespoon of apple pie filling onto each triangle. Continue to evenly distribute pie filling onto each section, using a whole can of pie filling. Spoon a heaping teaspoon of Greek yogurt on top of each well of pie filling. Fold the large end of the crescent roll over the filling, followed by the narrow end of the crescent roll and tuck loosely. Sprinkle tops with cinnamon, followed by sugar and then place pan in oven to bake. Follow the dough can instructions for baking, typically 15 minutes or until golden. Remove pan from oven. Serve the pie warm or cooled to room temperature. Pair with a scoop of vanilla ice cream to complete the experience. Serves 8.
