Dina De Giorgio
Lake Success-based law firm Abrams Fensterman, LLP welcomed De Giorgio as a partner in its Family and Matrimonial Law practice. A former Town of North Hempstead councilwoman with more than 30 years of legal experience, she was honored as a 2024 LIBN Long Island Influencer in Law for her dedication to clients and the Port Washington community.
David Curatolo
Curatolo joined Uniondale-based law firm Cullen and Dykman LLP as Of Counsel in the Banking and Financial Services department. With over 15 years of experience, he
provides strategic legal counsel to banks and financial institutions, specializing in regulatory compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and operational implementation.
Nishana Weerasooriya
Weerasooriya joined Uniondale-based law firm Cullen and Dykman LLP as Of Counsel in the General Liability, Tort and Insurance Defense department. She focuses on personal injury, property damage, and complex tort disputes. A former prosecutor, she possesses strong litigation, trial and investigative skills to handle high-stakes cases.
Marissa Spivak
MKC Strategies, a rapidly growing Long Island-based communications agency in the health and science space, appointed Spivak to the newly created role of Head of Client Services, marking a key strategic move to fuel the next phase of growth and innovation. With nearly two decades of experience, she has been a driving force behind MKC’s year-over-year success, creating award-winning campaigns and leading cross-functional teams that have transformed the agency’s client service offerings.
Craig M. Schwab
Smithtown-based Arrow Security appointed Schwab as the company’s chief operating officer. In this role, he will oversee all aspects of the company’s operations to ensure the highest standards of service delivery, operational effectiveness, and strategic innovation, which will continue to drive Arrow Security’s growth. He previously served as Global Head of Corporate Security at BlackRock.
Darren Claphan
Claphan joined Arrow Security as chief strategy officer, where he is responsible for steering the company’s strategic vision and driving initiatives that fuel growth and innovation. He previously served as senior vice president of security and aviation at Madison Square Garden Entertainment, as well as Sphere Interim General Manager.
Katherine Lalor
Lalor has joined Uniondale-based law firm Rivkin Radler LLP’s Insurance Fraud Group. She has deep experience in no-fault insurance law. Prior to joining the firm, Lalor was an in-house counsel associate at an insurance company, where she represented the company at arbitration hearings, conducted Examinations Under Oath, and investigated fraudulent no-fault claims.
Alexander Blisko
Blisko also joined Rivkin Radler’s Insurance Fraud Group to help insurers prosecute complex civil lawsuits under the federal Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act. Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Blisko served as an Assistant District Attorney in Queens.
