The Malverne Chamber of Commerce is ready to take 2025 head-on.

At a Jan. 29 inauguration dinner at Uva Rossa, Mayor Tim Sullivan swore in leadership that aims to stimulate small businesses in Malverne. Sullivan was joined by State Senator Patricia Canzoneri-Fitzpatrick, a fellow Malverne native.

The board is full of familiar faces, though some are taking on brand-new roles.

Elizabeth Krull is entering her first year as sole president of the Chamber of Commerce after serving alongside longtime leader and co-president Maria Casini. Casini has stepped into her new role of chairwoman.

The Malverne Chamber of Commerce has been the minds behind events like the Art Walk, the annual Fall Festival and Classic Car Show, the Halloween Candy Crawl and more. 2025 will mark the return of many of these beloved events — and perhaps some new ones, too!
